Cricket Gear Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide high-quality cricket gear to our customers. Please review our return and exchange policy for each product category below:
1. Bats:
• Eligible for return or exchange only if there are manufacturing defects such as handle issues, cracks, or other flaws.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Batting Gloves, Wicket Keeping Gloves, and Inners:
• Due to hygiene concerns, returns or exchanges are not accepted for these items.
3. Wicket Keeping Pads and Batting Pads:
• Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
4. Helmets:
• Due to hygiene concerns, returns or exchanges are not accepted for helmets.
5. Shoes:
• Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition and show no signs of wear.
6. Thigh Pads:
• Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
7. Bags:
• Eligible for return or exchange only in cases of manufacturing defects such as faulty zippers, faulty wheels or torn seams.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Note:
• Proof of purchase is required for all return or exchange requests.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
• This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
