Shipping Locations

We deliver cricket gear and sports accessories across all states and territories in Australia, including metro and regional areas. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Options and Costs

  1. Standard Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
    • Cost: Based on the weight of the item (including packaging):
  1. Express Shipping
    • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
    • Cost: Based on the weight of the item (including packaging):
  1. Click and Collect 
    • Service: Pick up your order from 30 Tuckwell Road Castle Hill NSW
    • Cost: Free.
    • Availability: Order pickup confirmation will be sent within 1 business day.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.



Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.


Delivery Exceptions

  • Regional or remote locations may experience slight delivery delays.
  • In case of extreme weather conditions or unexpected disruptions, delivery timelines may vary.

Bulky or Oversized Items

For large or bulky items (e.g., cricket nets, team kits), additional shipping costs may apply. These will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination at checkout. You will be notified of any additional charges before shipping.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage for resolution.
  • For lost packages, reach out to our customer service team, and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns and Exchanges
